How to delete your account

Open the Zorvik app (or website), go to Account and choose the account deletion option. If you cannot do this, email [email protected] from your registered email or write from your registered phone number, and we will help.

What happens

Your profile, saved addresses and personal details are deleted or made anonymous. Unused Zorvik Wallet balance and pending orders should be settled before deletion.

What we may keep

Order, invoice, tax and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires, and are not used for any other purpose.
