1. Who we are
Zorvik is an online food ordering platform run by Zorvik Enterprises, a proprietorship based in Tohana, Haryana. Zorvik connects customers with independent restaurants and delivery partners. The restaurant prepares your food; Zorvik provides the platform, payment collection and delivery coordination.
2. Using Zorvik
You must give correct name, phone number and delivery address, and keep your login private. You are responsible for the orders placed from your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, place fake orders or abuse our staff, restaurants or delivery partners.
3. Orders and prices
Menu prices on Zorvik are the prices set by the restaurant. Taxes, delivery charge, packaging and any platform charge are shown on the bill before you pay. An order is confirmed only when the restaurant accepts it. Items, offers and availability can change; if an item is unavailable we may cancel it or the order.
4. Delivery area
Food is shown and delivered according to the delivery location you select. Please check the location on the checkout page before paying. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
5. Payments
You can pay using the options shown at checkout (online payment through our payment partner, Zorvik Wallet, or cash on delivery where available). Online payments are processed by Razorpay; Zorvik does not store your card or UPI details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Food quality and allergies
Food is prepared by restaurants. Please read item details and tell the restaurant about allergies. If something is wrong with your order, contact us through the app Help Center as soon as possible.
8. Offers, coupons and wallet
Offers and coupons have their own conditions and can be withdrawn if misused. Wallet balance is for use on Zorvik only.
9. Liability
Zorvik acts as a platform between you, the restaurant and the delivery partner. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Fatehabad, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
