What we collect

Your name, phone number, email (if you give it), saved addresses, delivery location (when you allow location access), order history, payment status, device and app information, and notification token. Payment card / UPI details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored by Zorvik.

Why we use it

To show restaurants near you, take and deliver your orders, process payments and refunds, send order updates, prevent fraud, give support and improve the service.

Who we share it with

The restaurant and delivery partner get only what is needed to prepare and deliver your order (for example name, phone and address). Payment partners, SMS / notification providers and hosting providers process data for us. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data when required by law.

Location

Location is used only to show what is available near you and to deliver your order. You can deny location permission and choose your area manually.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. To delete your account see Account & Data Deletion. Some records (for example tax and payment records) must be kept for the period required by law.

Security and retention

We use reasonable security measures. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Children

Zorvik is not meant for children under 18 to use without a parent or guardian.
